REVENUE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Our company is currently undergoing a period of change, and we are looking to add a Junior Revenue Management Specialist to our team, who will have the opportunity to train alongside a highly experienced professional in the field.
During the first few months, this person will receive guidance and practical training to become familiar with our tools, processes and commercial strategy. The aim is for them to gradually take on greater responsibilities and become a permanent member of the team.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Business Administration, Tourism (with training in Revenue Management), Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools.
- Interest in business, commercial strategy and performance optimisation.
- Proactive attitude, responsibility and a strong willingness to learn.
- Good organisational and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis and monitoring of revenue, sales and performance.
- Assist in preparing forecasts, reports and optimisation strategies.
- Learn to use the tools and processes specific to the Revenue Management department.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new ideas.
- Gradually take on greater autonomy and responsibility.
