Hotel manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hotel sector, in positions of responsibility.
  • Extensive knowledge of all hotel departments (accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping and F&B).
  • Minimum proficiency in English (essential). Other languages will be valued.
  • Committed, highly responsible person with a long-term vision.
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Commercial profile, with skills and tools for attracting and retaining customers.
  • The manager must be results-oriented, focused on service quality and customer satisfaction.

MISSION:

  • Comprehensive management of the establishment.
  • Coordinate and supervise all departments.
  • Develop commercial and positioning strategies together with the operations management team.
  • Create and lead a solid team aligned with the project.
  • Actively participate in the growth and evolution of the establishment.
  • Personalised attention to the establishment’s customers.
