REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hotel sector, in positions of responsibility.
- Extensive knowledge of all hotel departments (accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping and F&B).
- Minimum proficiency in English (essential). Other languages will be valued.
- Committed, highly responsible person with a long-term vision.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Commercial profile, with skills and tools for attracting and retaining customers.
- The manager must be results-oriented, focused on service quality and customer satisfaction.
