Fernando is a Catering Technician who began his professional career at Hotel Almirante in 2002 with an internship and training contract. After gaining experience as a waiter and manager in several hotels and restaurants, Fernando returned to Hotel Carrís Almirante in 2009 as a waiter and was promoted to the position of head manager in 2015, a position he continues in today.
