- Minimum 3 years of experience as head chef, preferably in hotels.
- Professional training in cooking and catering.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve a positive working environment.
- Experience working with groups and events, as well as regular and set menus.
- Involved and responsible.
- Passionate about cooking with an eye for detail.
- Training and supporting the kitchen team.
- Responsible for cleaning and organisation of the kitchen.
- HACCP management.
- Preparation and execution of menus guaranteeing quality.
- Cost control, data sheets and pricing.
Stable position, initial contract would be temporary with the possibility of becoming indefinite depending on fit.
