Head Chef

We are looking for a head chef

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as head chef, preferably in hotels.
  2. Professional training in cooking and catering.
  3. Ability to lead a team and achieve a positive working environment.
  4. Experience working with groups and events, as well as regular and set menus.
  5. Involved and responsible.
  6. Passionate about cooking with an eye for detail.

Functions:

  • Training and supporting the kitchen team.
  • Responsible for cleaning and organisation of the kitchen.
  • HACCP management.
  • Preparation and execution of menus guaranteeing quality.
  • Cost control, data sheets and pricing.

Stable position, initial contract would be temporary with the possibility of becoming indefinite depending on fit.
